Yes – completely. We never charge renters a fee at any point in the process. Instead, we collect a referral fee from the property when you sign a lease there. It’s a win-win: the property gets a qualified, pre-screened tenant, and you get a personal relocation expert at no cost. No hidden fees, no fine print.

We recommend reaching out 4-6 weeks before your desired move-in date for the most accurate pricing and availability. That said, we’ve helped people find a place in just a few days when needed – so don’t hesitate to reach out even if your timeline is tight.

Don’t let credit stop you from reaching out. We work with a variety of property management companies and may be able to help you find a place to call home. Our agents have a long track record of placing renters in quality homes despite adverse credit situations. Call us and we’ll be upfront about your options.

Nothing is required for your consultation with us. When you go to visit properties, bring a valid photo ID. It’s also helpful to have measurements of large furniture and a camera or notebook to compare properties afterward.

Most properties charge a non-refundable application fee ($30–$80) to run a credit check, and sometimes an admin fee ($100–$300). Security deposits vary widely – the average is around $500, though some properties charge up to two months’ rent and others charge none. We’ll give you a realistic picture before you apply anywhere.
