Still working with Mike. Terrific guy with a great business plan. He was referred to me by an apartment complex that I thought was slightly out of my price range. (That should say something if apartment complexes are referring him to their "prospects") After an hour meeting with him, he pointed me to six different locations that all met my criteria. He gave his opinion on what he thought I would enjoy the best, called ahead to ensure they had the rooms available, and sent me on my way to view the rooms at no cost.
I was skeptical. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is... Right? So I asked him, "how do you make money?" He was humble about it and essentially said he "charges" the apartment complexes a referral fee. Basically, apartment complexes tend to offer a promotion of $X for a referral to current tenants. He becomes the referral giver for multiple complexes. So if they offer $500 to their tenants, they would offer the same to an agent. Basically, he made at least $500 on me going to this complex and it didn't cost me a dime. It was a win for me, Mike, and the apartment complex.
Go see Mike. You won't regret it!

Mike is a truly helpful, amazing person! He has helped me every time I need a new apartment or place. He gives you all the info you ask for and need. I can not say anything wrong about coming to see him. Very accommodating. I have two friends also going to him and he has helped them all with a real promising home.

Wow! I was so impressed by Mike's service. First of all, the service is free. He gets paid by referrals. Mike is very genuine and wants to help you find the right place. He makes himself available by phone, even if he's on the other line.
Based on your preferences, Mike prints out a list of places for you to see. He KNOWS the places in the burbs inside and out - he even has each complex's phone numbers memorized! He also has interior and exterior pictures of the properties in town saved on his computer for you to see.
He's a very humble guy too...just mention the positive reviews on Yelp and he says they are all lies! If you are looking for a place, you must set up an appointment with Mike. You won't leave disappointed (at least I didn't!)
