Introducing Apartment Solutions Rewards!

Our referral rewards program is now online! There is no cost or catch. When a referral you send to our Schaumburg or Naperville office rents with a property we refer them to, we will reward the referring agent or referring property 2000 points equal to $50 when the invoice for the referral is paid. The points can be redeemed at hundreds of retailers online such as Starbucks, Kohls, Carrabba’s, Red Robin, Macy’s, Panera, Ulta Beauty, Target and more. On top of this, you can go on coupon sites like Raise and find discounts for most of these retailers so you won’t only get the benefit of the points, you’ll be able to make them last longer by using the coupons!

****To get started, please send an email to Caryn@apartmentsolutions.NET and indicate whether referral rewards will be received as a team – in which case there would only be one email address assigned to the property and the property manager would be in charge of redeeming points OR if all agents are able to receive individual rewards, please send an email with each agent’s full name and email address. ****

 

Accounts Receivable Address

In September of last year, our Naperville office moved. We updated the vendor compliance sites with the new address and sent out notices by mail. We just received notification from the post office that mail will no longer be forwarded as the 1 year forwarding period for businesses is expiring. Most of you have already updated the address with your billing departments; however, there are still a few properties that are sending mail to our old address. Would you please double check and make sure the address you have on file is the one listed below:
